Quarto mal cuidado, todo mofado e com o ar condicionado pingando, piscina com um cheiro insuportável de cloro, não entrei nenhum dia, café da manhã com poucas opções, mas todos os funcionários do turno da noite muito bem atenciosos.

A limpeza deixou a desejar, o chão do quarto estava sempre muito úmido após a limpeza, com cabelo espalhado. Elevadores sem algumas informações de capacidade de pessoas, muito demorado, raramente os 3 estavam funcionando, sem ventilação e luminárias quebradas.Toalhas furadas ou rasgadas. Papel higiênico de péssima qualidade. Mofo nas paredes do banheiro.. cozinha Quantidade de cadeiras insuficiente, por 2 manhãs fiicamos um longotempo em pé aguardando para tomar café. Parede da cozinha sem pintura.o único secador de cabelo se encontra no banheiro fétido e de uso comum.

Excelente rede de hoteis. Gostei do atendimento das unidades que eu fiquei no bairro de Amaralina. Caso exista outras cidades, hosperdar-me-ei neste hotel. Atendimento aprovado e tem um preço justo.

Minha experiência neste hotel foi extremamente negativa e decepcionante. Logo na chegada, não havia toalhas nos quartos. Estávamos com um evento marcado e quase perdemos o compromisso porque precisei implorar na recepção por toalhas, o que é inadmissível para qualquer hotel. No dia seguinte, a situação piorou: no café da manhã não havia mesas disponíveis, e fomos obrigados a comer em pé, sem qualquer organização ou suporte da equipe. À noite, no quarto, enfrentamos outro absurdo: não havia mantas para se cobrir, sendo que estávamos em 3 pessoas no quarto (diária paga corretamente para 3 hóspedes). Após muita insistência, encontraram apenas uma manta para três pessoas, o que demonstra total despreparo e descaso com o conforto do cliente. Vale destacar que eu estava em um grupo de 5 pessoas, todas igualmente insatisfeitas. A diária é cara para o que o hotel oferece, e a sensação foi de ter sido lesada e maltratada durante toda a estadia. Em hipótese alguma voltarei a esse hotel. Não recomendo e espero que a administração reveja urgentemente seus padrões de atendimento e estrutura.

Assim que cheguei senti que o quarto tinha cheiro de mofo. Acho que o hotel deveria abrir as janelas quando não estiver com hospede pra que o cheiro do mofo saia. Precisa circular ar natural no quarto pra ficar arejado, senao fica fedendo mesmo. O colchão era confortável. O hotel precisa de reformas. Área da piscina por exemplo, precisa muito de reformas. A limpeza do banheiro precisa melhorar. O café da manha é básico, não tem variedade, esperava mais. Eu peguei apenas uma diária, então pra mim foi um ok. Mas não pegaria uma estadia mais longa. A localização é otima, mas o hotel esta com varios problemas. Em relação ao atendimento, fomos muito bem tratados por todos da equipe.
