Cartão de acesso ao quarto desmagnetizava em minutos, mesmas opções no café da manhã todos os dias (passei 20 dias), barata no quarto - matei barata todos os dias que estive no hotel, mesmo mudando de andar para o 11, limpeza do banheiro com pano sujo espelho todo manchado pelo pano, pia sem lavagem. Roupa de cama e banho muito usadas, furadas, colchão rasgado com espuma saindo. Precisa de reforma com urgência.

Experiência muito ruim os corredores do hotel e o quarto cheira a mofo, elevadores velho sujo, café da manha deixou a desejar com pouca opções de comida, quando cheguei no hotel nao tinha vaga meu carro ficou na rua. Nao recomendo.

A localização do hotel é excelente; entretanto, observa-se que o estado de conservação e manutenção das instalações encontra-se em declínio. Com problemas como vazamentos, presença de mofo e suportes soltos, especialmente no banheiro. O que contribuiu para minha permanência no hotel foi a qualidade do atendimento, tanto na recepção quanto no serviço de café da manhã. Acredito, contudo, que a gestão do hotel deva considerar a necessidade de uma reforma. Considerando que minha estada foi de curta duração, a experiência pode ser considerada satisfatória.

Quarto com as paredes sujas, janela danificada (quase caindo), paredes mofadas, banheiro sujo. A area da piscina deve ter anos que não abre porque o cadeado que fecha a porta está até enferrujado. As fotos não condizem com a realidade. Hotel está literalmente caindo aos pedaços. Tudo emcardido e velho!
