There was little to no cleaning of the room from staff, the power went out with no way for us to get into our room and the night staff member didnt have our keycard eventhough we left it with the day staff. Eventhough he did a good job managing things, he was on his own dealing with the majority. The food was okay and when the power did come back we did get to use the service lift. Our bathroom had mould in ir and the shower head had a lot of limescale and dirt.

Tem um mercadinho bem na esquina, está perto da praia e perto de shopping, mas não dá para andar a pé pois é uma zona de comunidade, segundo o Uber, uma das mais perigosas de salvador.

A localização é boa, mas a limpeza e conservação do hotel deixam a desejar. O cheiro de forte de mofo do quarto, ar condicionado estava vazando água e a toalha de rosto estava suja de batom, o que mostrava que não foi trocada. É um hotel simples, e as fotos não condizem com a realidade atual do hotel. Mas os funcionários são muito solícitos e educados.

Ficamos no quarto 510 e a vista é sensacional. Quarto bem limpinho, funcionários super educados. Café da manhã extremamente saboroso. Área da piscina foi o único ponto que chamou minha atenção no quesito da limpeza, mas não por conta dos funcionários e sim pelos hóspedes. (Muitos levaram bebidas em lata, até fralda…e não jogavam no devido lugar, então, por favor se conscientizem…pq pra um ambiente permanecer limpo, precisa da colaboração de TODOS. Hospedes, sejam conscientes e joguem o lixo no devido lugar!!!!)

A piscina precisa melhorar um pouco, os azulejos estão se soltando e ao arredor da piscina tem muito acúmulo de lixo que as pessoas acaba jogando. A área de banho de sol também é pequena, não comportando muitas pessoas, pois não possui muito espaço para colocar muitas cadeiras. Fora isso o hotel fica em uma localização boa, próximo da praia, de mercado, de praças, tem patinetes próximo que dá para ir para outros bairros próximos. Gostei da localização.

Infelizmente as fotos do hotel na internet não condizem com a realidade. E a limpeza assim que demos o check in não estava nada boa. Cobrei capricho e nos próximos dias ficou bem limpo. Os atendentes não se preocupam em agradar ao cliente, não atendem mal, mas não se esforçam para conquistar. O café é razoável, ficamos uma semana inteira e não há variação. Os arredores tem um mini mercado, fruteira, restaurante bom, mas a praia em si não é muito boa. Não recomendo o lugar para turistas de fora.

Péssimo hotel! Nada bate conforme as fotos e esse foi o primeiro susto assim que chegamos, colocamos no maps para saber se realmente estávamos no local correto. Quanto a acomodação, ficamos 5 dias no hotel e 3 dias sem água, não deram uma solução pra gente e ainda fizeram nós irmos em outro hotel para tomar banho e voltar pro nosso quarto. Verifiquei a possibilidade de trocarmos de quarto, pois havia outro quarto com água e disseram que não podia, mas não justificavam quando eu questionava o motivo pelo qual não podíamos. Mesmo solicitando a limpeza do quarto e a troca das toalhas e lençóis, ambos foram trocados apenas uma vez durante toda estadia. Resumindo, PÉSSIMO.. infelizmente não conseguimos solução alguma com nenhum dos funcionários e parecia que já estavam acostumados com esse tipo de coisa, pois a resposta era sempre a mesma e sem comoção alguma.

Ia ficar 6 dias, os dois primeiros foi sem água pedimos a realocação para outra rede, o ambiente é agradável, mais esse problema de água lá é constante. Funcionários são maravilhosos, e foram atenciosos. Café é a localização são bons.
