Superb apartment on the ground floor of a villa located on the sandy beach with direct access to the sea of Torre Pali on the Ionian coast of Salento, about 30 km south of Gallipoli.
The house consists of a large living room with satellite TV, fireplace, double sofa bed which can be used as needed, fully equipped kitchen with pots, crockery and oven, two large double bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The apartment also has an air conditioner in the hallway leading to the sleeping area and air conditioning in the living area, dishwasher, mosquito nets and door and window grilles, outside shower, large enclosed veranda with stunning sea views and equipped with tables and Garden chairs, umbrella and deckchairs. You can park freely on the street beside the house.
Being in the city center are very close to bars, cafes, pizzerias, ice-cream parlors, restaurants, groceries and various kinds of shops.
