We loved our stay! The house accommodated everything we needed! Having the laundry room was such a huge bonus for our huge family! The top deck was perfect for the evening to wind down and the screened in deck outside the bedroom was a nice place to relax before the kids woke up. We definitely recommend this place!

Cathy is an outstanding host. Any issues we had, she was on it! This house was perfect for my husband, myself and our 3 dogs . The stair tamer is great for taking up coolers, luggage, groceries, especially since we both have arthritis. Didn't do too much while down there but that's ok. I spent most of the week reading on the deck, playing with our dogs, and being in one of the wonderful places on earth-the Outer Banks!!! Can't wait to come back! Thank you SO much Cathy!!!

While the host was friendly and accommodating, the AC did not work from day 1. At first we thought it just needed time to cool off. Nope. And it wasn't a minor problem. It should have been checked before we ever got there. It was miserable. The floors have many places where they sink down a lot. We were seriously scared we would fall through. We honestly don't know how it was rentable. The bunk beds were not made up, and the house was not very clean. We paid quite a bit and feel that they should have offered us a partial refund especially since the AC was broken, and it wasn't fixed until our last night there.
