Sitting on a corner lot of land, the exterior of Floyd's retreat boasts expansive decks, a gas grill, and pool access at nearby Club Hatteras. When you aren't relishing wonderful views from the decks, walk across the street to beach access, or take a walk around the dog and bicycle-friendly neighborhood. Numerous local restaurants and shops are also within walking distance, ensuring your every craving is satisfied.

Inside Floyd's Retreat, you'll discover warm wood finishes, dog-friendly amenities, and modern appliances. The comfortable living room displays ample seating and a large smart TV. Steps from here, the full kitchen is sure to delight any chef with its granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and center island. When it's time to eat, dining is made just as easy at the formal dining table. Decorated for comfort and style, the four bedrooms are adorned with soft linens, nautical decorations, TVs, and central air-conditioning. A private washer/dryer and internet access round out the stellar list of interior amenities.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Dare County homes: Occupancy limited to (enter number = to 2 people per bedroom) as per Dare County septic regulations.
Guests have access to our pool at Club Hatteras; located at 41156 Hwy 12, Avon. The pool is typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day - weather permitting and subject to close without notice.
