Prior to departure:  - DO NOT STRIP BEDS - Place used towels in the shower - Please ensure the house is free of debris & sand - Load & run the dishwasher
- Empty all the trash into the outdoor bins and place by the edge of the street - Set thermostat to 73F - Lock all doors & windows
- Please log out of your personal viewing accounts on the TV - Please lock the door as you exit. Your PIN will expire on your scheduled departure date.

Ocean was a minute away, house was clean, host was responsive and accommodating for us. Had a great time and will definitely stay here next year
