Only one person manages the front desk, cleaning the rooms, and making the breakfast. The check-in was at 2:00 PM. We arrived at 1:30 PM and he made us wait till 2:30 PM since he was busy cleaning rooms. If you are not going to show consideration and let the guests check-in 30 mins early, then I expect the check-in at 2:00 PM sharp!!! It is not ok to make you wait especially you are traveling with young children. Average place. Not worth it.

Front door hidden in dark alleyway. No lift for luggage. We arrived at 11am and stored our luggage, and were told to return at 2pm to checkin. We walked back from the Altstadt to checkin and change, but there was no answer at the hotel front doof from 2.05 to 2.25.

This is a good place to stay for a vacation. It’s accessible to public and private transportation.It’s not as luxurious as 5 star hotel but it’s clean and the staffs are friendly. The elevator is not spacious for people with wheelchair. The place is not so convenient for wheelchair bound patient.
