This was my second time staying at this hotel. It is so lovely, with very friendly staff and in a great location. The staff really take the time to make you feel valued and comfortable. Highly recommend!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the desk gave us a tour of the hotel. He had a nice smile and was very welcoming! Loved that breakfast was included, and the lady in the kitchen was very efficient and nice. Enjoyed the coffee/tea bar, free to guests and the honesty bar. Clean room, simple yet cozy. The room itself was nice and clean with comfortable sitting areas near the lobby. However, luggage storage was unlocked and unmanned. Any person could have walked right into the hotel and taken your luggage with no staff member seeing. As a solo female traveler, I should have payed more attention to the fact that this hotel is unstaffed at night, too.
