Room was spotlessly clean with everything we could need. Staff are wonderful. Polite, efficient and friendly. The hotel is very quiet which is important to me. Although not in the centre of the city it is well placed near Mirabell and walking distance from the main train station. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We moved the breakfast. You can request omelettes, fried eggs. Lovely bread rolls. Staff were very pleasant. Sky bar was buy, it was Christmas time after all, but became less busy after midnight. Rooms were super quiet. I would stay here again if we return to Salzburg.

The staff were exceptional and accomodating, ready and willing to answer questions, find reservations during a busy season, offer clear directions and recommendations. The breakfast was excellent - fresh, offerings for several different palates and well stocked. It can get a busy a little later in the morning, but with such a great selection, I understand why! The room was clean, well-made, bathroom was spotless - overall a lovely breath of fresh air. I actually wish we'd been able to stay longer! Highly recommend, would love to stay there again.
