Nice hotel and clean rooms with a great location next to dinning options and shopping. Very walkable to attractions! We loved the Salzburg Fortress! Unfortunately the rooms I booked based on the pictures online were not available when we checked in but the staff were friendly and helpful. Beware rooms are very small

Walkable to all places of interest, the area felt safe lots of places to eat. Could do with a proper chair in the rooms rather than a stool. No way to ring reception from your room. The Asian lady on reception could be more customer friendly.

Stayed in this hotel in April 2025. Room was small, but comfortable and clean. The hallway is made with tiles, without any carpets, so it was getting a bit noisy when anyone was walking by/talking outside the room. There is an elevator with clear glass walls which made a nice view of surrounding area. Breakfast had a good selection of food, but I’m not sure it’s worth the price (ours was included with the room). The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

We paid for a superior room. The photo for that room category shows one bed and a pull out couch. That is why we paid for that category. Upon arrival, we were told there was only one bed and that the photo was incorrect. We were told there was nothing we could do. It was false advertising. The photo still shows the pull out couch in that room category.

Really lovely hotel in a hugely convenient location. We had the suite which was a really reasonable price and absolutely huge with tonnes of space. Lovely interiors and breakfast was great too. Staff were friendly and helpful. A comfortable nights sleep and perfect hotel for exploring Salzburg.
