Super courteous helpful and knowledgeable staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. The room was a little too warm but we were able to open the windows for some fresh and cold air. Location is wonderful - within walking distance to all spots in Salzburg which is a highly walkable town.

The suite was beautiful, everything was in great condition with complimentary sparkling water as well! Location was quite walkable from tourist attractions. The staff were very pleasant and helped us store our luggage before our check in time!

Hotel is in a good situation with lots of bars and eateries nearby, and the old town is easily walkable. However, the room was not serviced very well : towels were not changed and I had to go looking for someone to give us dry towels. Tea and coffee wasn’t replaced, dirty China was not removed and the floor was not cleaned. Not the standard I would expect for a hotel of this calibre.

We had a great stay. Staff was very accommodating, always there to help us. There was some street noise but nothing to keep you awake. We would stay there again and certainly recommend it. Proximity to Altstadt was a big plus.

Leonardo hotel is on an excellent location. Walking distance to everywhere. Lots of beautiful places to visit in Salzburg. And at the hotel we got a free pass to use in any public transportation. The hotel was super clean and well kept. Breakfast was amazing! Lots of options. Veggies, fruit, yogurt, bread, pastries, teas, coffees, etc… Staff was super nice and helpful. They had our room ready before regular check in time and we had the option of leaving the suitcases in the hotel for a little longer after check out. The room was very spacious and clean. Every day we had a nice bottle of sparkling water waiting for us. Bathroom was also spacious and super clean.
