Comfortable and value for money

As always, a very comfortable night in this modern well managed hotel. Staff are always polite and courteous and the place is always clean and tidy. Highly recommended and always my 1st choice when staying in Salzgitter.

There were many things included in the price that normally you pay for, e.g. the minibar was for free. Also everything else was excellent! Given the price we paid, we were very positively surprised about the hotel.

The pictures gave a diffrent impression… interior is cheap and looks like plastic boards all over. Despite that I slept well after the room teacher finally some 18C… For this area and location absolutely overpriced, honestly I felt cheated by them. Sorry but I can’t advise this hotel

Ankunft okay Frontdesk bei Ankunft okay Zimmer via Hotel.com bekommt man wohl das hinterletzte obwohl alles frei ist. Bettwaesche wurde unserer Meinung nach vom letzten Gast nicht gewechselt sondern nur Glattgezogen. Ueberall Haare auch unter der Bettwaesche alles voller Haare. Die Ablagen waren mit einer mega Staubschicht bedeckt. Als wir Morgens ausser Haus gingen war die Reinigung ggü. unseres Zimmers also dachten wir sind wir dann als naechstes dran. Fehlanzeige. Wuenscht man eine Zimmerreinigung muss man das an der Rezeption anmelden. Nach 8 h und 600 km fahrt hab ich das kleine Schild am spaeten Abend wohl nicht wahrgenomme. Darauf hingewiesen wurden wir nicht. Es gibt kein Restaurant zum Abendessen und die Bar schließt um 21:00 Uhr an einem Samstag Abend. Sauna: Als wir um 19:00 Uhr in den “Wellnessbereich” gingen, war die Sauna auf einer Temperatur von 40 Grad gestellt. Wir haben es dann selbst auf 90 geschalten. War alles bissle aergerlich. Sollte es mich mal wieder in die Gegend treiben werde ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.
