Nestled in a gated community with just 24 apartments, our home offers High-Speed WiFi (Starlink) and is located in the heart of Samana’s newest ecotourism area—perfectly positioned between the charming town of Santa Barbara and the picturesque village of Las Galeras.

Just 100 feet from a secluded private white-sand beach, you can relax by the ocean or take a refreshing dip in our impeccably maintained pool. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views and the soothing sounds of waves from your private balcony.

Our condo features 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Both bedrooms are furnished with brand-new furniture and plush pillow-top mattresses, ensuring a cozy environment for restful sleep. Each room is equipped with a brand-new air conditioner for your comfort.
