Welcome to Casa Lima, a modern 3 bedroom house located a 5-10 minute walk to downtown Samara and three different entrances to the beach.

Huge floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open to connect the indoor and outdoor living spaces, allowing the breeze to naturally cool the home. The fenced-in property has beautiful garden areas which creates a very private oasis. Enjoy the pool and covered dining under a large fan, or gather around the central kitchen island. Retreat to one of the 3 air-conditioned bedrooms.

The primary bedroom (king bed) has an en-suite washroom and sliding doors leading directly to the pool. Two more bedrooms (queen beds) with a shared washroom are on the other side of the house.

The fully-equipped kitchen and propane BBQ makes cooking meals at home easy. There is a mini supermarket just up the street and three large grocery stores a 5-minute walk away.

The house is equipped with a desk and some of the fastest fiber optic internet available in the area (up to 100 Mbps). There is a large Smart TV in the living room with Netflix, YouTube, Prime, etc. for your enjoyment.

Casa Lima is located in the highly desirable Canto de los Gavilanes section of Samara. The neighbourhood is an eclectic mix of local residents, expats, shops and vacation rentals. Located very close to the bridge that connects the neighborhood to downtown Samara, Casa Lima benefits from one of the most central locations in the area.

No vehicle is required since the best that Samara has to offer is within easy walking distance, but one car parking is available behind a locked gate with more parking available on the street. You can rent cars, bicycles, golf carts and quads from various vendors in Samara. Liberia Airport is a 2 hour drive away - shuttle services are available. Ask our property manager to make your arrangements.

The house is easy walking distance to 3 different entrances to Playa Samara, multiple mini supermarkets, cafes, bars and amazing restaurants. Downtown Samara is only a 5-10 minute walk away.

Great Samara Location

The house was great and felt clean and modern. It was equipped with all the basics for cooking and eating. The location was close to the far end of Samara beach that had less foot traffic, which was nice. A quiet neighborhood with plenty of Sodas around. We rented a golf cart and got around Samara and Carillo very easily. Super close to a grocery store. Downtown Samara was a doable walk, but had we not had a golf cart, it would've been a bit far for the small kids to walk back and forth several times a day, so if you have any limitations in your party, a bike or golf cart rental is recommended. We had my 2.5 year old and 5 year old, and the house was perfect for them with the pool. Very kid-friendly house. The property manager was super responsive and got there quickly when needed. My complaints are logistical, we would absolutely stay there again, but here they are: There were no directions at all; for wifi, checkout, anything, so that would've been nice to have the wifi info written somewhere. We also didn't know when trash day was (we were in serious need to get rid of trash with our family of 4), and we only noticed when a few of the neighbors had bags out that we could get rid of our waste. That kind of info would've been useful. We struggled to use the stove, it was foreign to us, so directions on how to turn on stove burners would've been useful. No videos on youtube for this stove. Overall, we enjoyed this rental a lot.
