Quite honestly the place is too big for itself to manage.There are two hotels in one. We were placed as far from the activities as possible. Which was unfortunate. I believe it was the extent of the electricity as we had dail some days twice daily loss of electricity which powered not only the air-conditioning and lights, but the shower heat leading to a cold surprise and wifi, room phone and television The room service needed to be reminded to leave two of everything for our two person rental. We ended up leaving early on our reservation.
