The staff here are amazing and do everything they can to make you feel like home. We were 3 people traveling, and they had the perfect room with 3 queen beds. Staff had fantastic recommendations for activities, restaurants and more. They were also very accomodating of our late flight home. Would easily return next time!

The hotel was great. It wasn’t too loud and it was close to everything would highly recommend if you’re new to the area because you’ll be staying close to all of the main businesses also, they don’t do rental cars there they have side-by-side‘s, which are very cool to take around the island would highly recommend this place for any kind of island experience

The location was great - close to everything and very walkable. Unfortunately, there was construction going on at the court building next-door, and the door/window didn't seem to block any noise whatsoever. The mini fridge was the best amenity, but I keep having to ask for water to restock it. Perhaps worst (or close second to the noise) was the shower. Despite the sliding glass door (which was difficult to slide without a good handle), the shower had a tendency to leak water onto the floor - sometimes enough to pool out in the hallway. Hot water was fickle, coming and mostly going. Mild sewer smell in the bathroom. The staff, however, were fantastic - very accommodating and did a great job working around my work/meeting schedule.

One night in San Andres

We stayed only one night. Good choice! The Hotel is centrally located. Two blocks from the beach; close to restaurants, bars, etc! The hotel has only three floors, but be aware if you travel with heavy bags because doesn’t have elevator! Also, there is no toiletries at all (not even a hand soap)! But overall was enjoyed the stay!

Clean and well located

Like everywhere in San Andres, expect noisey drunk Colombians to be a part of your day. If you are looking for peace and quiet go somewhere else. That being said, if you are decided on this area then this hotel represents the best value for money (if such a thing can be said about San Andres).

Good Hotel The property staff work very hard to ensure all guest are serviced in a timely manner. They are also diligent and have courtesy in everything that they do. I appreciate staying in the hotel and I liked my stay here. Yes, they do have hot water.

The room is spacious, modern, comfortable. There are just a few things to be aware of. There is no elevator and there is no hot water to the sinks (there was a bathroom sink and a wet bar sink) Staff acknowledges this. The shower does have plenty of hot water. If you have an iphone or ipad, the internet does not work well. Every time you leave the hotel, you must go to the office and get a new log in. The old log in will not longer work. This does not happen with Andorid phones, and again, staff acknowledges this.

The location is good. My room was next to lobby on ground floor. No insulation in the Wall. Therefore I could hear the staff, the customers etc. No respect for my comfort. Loud talking till late at night and then early each morning..
