Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Tenía una reserva para tres personas, un adulto, adulto mayor y menor de 5 años y cuando llegamos a las 11 pm me informan que no había cupo y que no respetaron mi reserva, no solucionaron otra estadía y me toco buscar a esa hora donde quedarnos, no había nisiquiera baño para utilizar mientras nos ubicábamos en otro establecimiento. Me llamaron a confirmar la estadía dos dias antes y no respetaron la reserva, terrible servicio.
