I would not come back because they are not professionals. They just want to make you pay for everything
When you book this hotel pay attention if you have a children 12 years old, they make you pay us and an extra person a minor to me. It’s 18 and under, but for them, it’s only about making money they make you pay as an adult.

I really don’t like the fact the business it’s not like you see the publicity
When we have our breakfast at the morning, the dishes were dirty. The fork were not clean properly.
They don’t know how to treat you as a customer. I have a bad experience I would not come back to this hotel.
Café da manhã bom, quarto bom, bem localizado, chegamos às 10 da manhã, e tendo quarto disponível, de imediato nos deixaram subir, água quente, café, chá e água disponível o dia inteiro, atendentes atenciosos, recomendo
Hostal muy malo y caro. Sabanas y almohadas sucias pero te quieren cobrar por todo lo que tu manches. Si quieres descansar este hostal no es el indicado porque tendrás que escuchar todas las noches todo tipo se musicas, regueton, rancheras…. Y ademas a un volumen considerdo, hay dias que asta las 5 am no paran. En definitiva no volvería que hospedarme en ese hostal, preferiría estar debajo se una palmera.

Esse hotel possui a vantagem de ser bem pertinho da praia, dos restaurantes e dos mercadinhos. Os funcionários são muito educados e solícitos. A limpeza e a garantia de sono tranquilo, sem barulhos, puderam ser observados também.
Porém, é importante que novos viajantes levem em consideração:
1. Escadas. Todos os acessos são feitos por escadas. Não tem elevador ou outra opção. Todos os quartos estão alocados a partir do segundo andar. Isso pode ser um problema para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.
2. Café da manhã. O espaço dedicado é bem pequeno (apertadinho) e a porção dada para hóspede é controlada. Estranho, né? Pois é. Comida regulada. Então se você está acostumado aos banquetes e ser bem servido na primeira refeição do dia, este pode ser um ponto para observação.
Tirando isso, minha estadia correu super bem.
Gostei do hotel, localização muito boa, funcionários carismáticos, portaria 24 horas e falava português. Funcionárias Rubia e Lili muito atenciosas no café da manhã, pena que a água quente não era tão quente e só tinha essa opção nos quartos triplos.
O hotel não oferece condições aceitáveis para hospedagem. Não tem elevador,com três lances de escada e não tem agua quente no banheiro.Pessoas ,principalmente de idade,ficam em grande dificuldade Não deveria fazer parte da hoteis.com.
O hotel é muito bem localizado, apenas uma quadra da praia principal e bem próximo a um supermercado. O atendimento foi ótimo e o quarto dispunha de água quente no chuveiro. O único ponto fraco é o café da manhã pois frutas e ovos são servidos apenas uma porção por pessoa. Fora isso, o café da manhã conta com pão de forma e bisnaguinha, geleia, manteiga, cereal, café, café com leite, chocolate quente e suco a vontade.
O hotel se considera 3 estrelas, contudo, não tinha água quente nos quartos, e em momento algum formos informados sobre isso. A área do café da manhã era minúscula e não comportava todos os hóspedes, quando enchia, a porta era trancada. Para piorar, o hotel não tinha elevadores e o café era disponibilizado no último andar, sendo que estávamos acompanhados por um casal de idosos. Enfim, o hotel de forma alguma, pode ser considerado 3 estrelas.
