Enjoy pristine hardwood floors throughout, a formal living room with a classic fireplace and wall sconces, and a view of Mount Tamalpais . The large eat-in kitchen features gas cooking, an open layout dinning area, and plenty of space for culinary creativity.

Three beautifully proportioned bedrooms provide restful retreats, while the versatile creative nook/office offers flexibility as a creative workspace.

Parking & Practicalities

There’s no shortage of space with four outdoor parking spots you can use, plus one reserved parking spot in the attached garage for you. It is a three-cars attached garage, but one garage parking spot is used for storage for the owner and another garage parking spot is reserved for the owner, who you will share access to the garage (owners do not live in the property nor nearby, but retain occasional access to the garage.)
