Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Gather your used towels, bundle them up, & pile them in one spot by the washer. Dispose of trash properly in bins outside.
Turn off all appliances, lights, & ensure to turn off AC/heater. Close all windows and doors securely to maintain safety and security. Please ARM the alarm on exit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
