When we first got there check in was incredible slow there is no sense of urgency at all. We accidentally booked our room for the following day because we were in such a rush to get a room because of the surprise trip. I quickly fixed the date no problem and then it took the guy at front desk 45 min to find out booking. He had us wait in the waiting room for even longer then asked out friends if we were still waiting as if we were just gonna get up and leave! Come to find out they charged us for two days due to the change even tho we booked the hotel same day and changed before the following day. We spoke to Travelocity and they tried to get out money back and best western denied that. This is by far the worst experience from start to finish. The front desk was just unwilling to help or do anything to help us. Not to mention there is huge cracks under the room doors and I felt very uncomfortable so I had to put towels down there to cover the big crack.

I had a very pleasant two night stay. Clean, comfortable and affordable. Near I-10 but far enough from the highway to enjoy quiet sleep. I found the front desk attendant, Majid to be pleasant from the outset.

It smelled! Breakfast was horrible! You can tell they were cutting corners. Dirty towels and the bed smelled like body order!
