There is also a microwave tucked away at the island. Home has a new HVAC central air and heat, plus a gas grill under the canopy shade.

Living room, Master bedroom, and bedroom with twin beds each have a television with Roku TV. Master and second bedroom include a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds plus a trundle bed. Have fun with family and friends at this stylish place.

We are located in an up and coming area of San Antonio. The location is prime and the proximity to everything makes it convenient and worth the stay. Some homes in the area have been fully renovated, while other homes are in some degree of disrepair. Having nearby restaurants, event centers, The Pearl Restaurants, The San Antonio Riverwalk, Fort Sam Houston, museums, dancing, water parks, and more is a great perk to this house. This home is 4 minutes away from The Pearl Restaurants. The Riverwalk is 6 minutes away. As with most urban areas, guests may hear typical city sounds, including occasional train noise. If you enjoy vibrant, urban living, I think you will enjoy our place.

A wonderful well-located place

Our family had a great time visiting San Antonio. The place matched the descriptions. We appreciated the plentiful availability of parking behind the home and the accessibility ramp, which made entering and exiting far easier for my mother who has mobility challenges. The house is also conveniently located to downtown San Antonio, the Pearl, the Zoo, Botanical Gardens, the Witte Museum, The Quarry, etc. In general, I would recommend staying at this location again to anyone. The hostess was friendly and supportive throughout our stay.

SA fun times

We had a group of 4 adults and we were comfortable and very pleased with the property. It was as described. Enjoyed being able to walk to Pearl. Claudia was very attentive to our needs and never seemed bothered by our questions. A couple of suggestions. Add a TV to the room with the king bed. Upgrade and add a pan or two in the kitchen. We enjoy cooking while traveling and the kitchen was short on pots and the large pan was warped. Would definitely stay again.

Black and White Beauty

Very nice house with everything you could need. The host was easy to contact and attentive. The coffee bar was an unexpected treat. We felt very safe and the neighborhood was quite and close to all things downtown and the Rodeo. There are a lot of houses close by that have not been upgraded but the parking in the back was great. We definitely would stay again!!

Perfect place to stay
