Staff was unaccommodating and extremely unprofessional and rude. When I contacted the front desk to have them move me to a room where the outlets worked or the TV worked, I was instructed to go down to the front desk. When I got to the front desk, they refused me service. It’s the only hotel I’ve ever been to where they required $100 cash deposit. Don’t let the gates fool you into thinking it’s a nice place to stay. Gate codes do not work. Desk clerk was misogynistic and hit on me, when I did not reciprocate he refused to help me for the remainder of my stay. The manager on duty was rude to me over the phone when I called and complained. It’s nowhere near the Medical Center as advertised. There should be a budget hotel for $25 a night. I highly recommend that you take your money elsewhere, this place is not worth the slab it sits on.

Beds were very uncomfortable it was hot in our room, found a kit cat bar wrapper under the bed showed the room wasn’t very clean, Floor was dirty. On the other hand breakfast was pretty good.
