A charming 2-bed/2-bath historic bungalow centrally located near San Antonio's *BEST* attractions.

Discover a genuine San Antone experience conveniently located near many of our city's best local sights, sounds and flavors. Just a short walk to excellent restaurants, food trucks, bakeries, coffee shops, music venues and a 15 min walk to the San Antonio Riverwalk and the Pearl Historic District where you'll find beautiful leisure spaces, food, drinks & entertainment for everyone.
The space
Our home was built in 1892 and has a ton of charm and character with all the contemporary comforts you could ask for and more. Fully furnished, central air conditioning, washer and dryer, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, linens, towels, bath jacuzzi, high-speed internet, indoor woodstove, outdoor fire-pit/grill fenced-in yard, covered outdoor patio dining table and off-street covered parking!

This is a 2 bedroom (1 luxury king-sized bed and one queen sofa-bed), two bath, with a full kitchen, dining room and entertainment/Yoga/playroom. A 1000 sqft space with beautiful historic touches, 12 ft ceilings, and great light. The second bedroom is great if you have friends/family or just to relax on a large comfy sofa after a long day of work.
