Just minutes from downtown, the Riverwalk, The Pearl, and a few blocks away from Woodlawn Lake, our home is ideally situated for exploring all that San Antonio has to offer. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, you'll enjoy convenient access to local attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more.

SPACIOUS & COMFORTABLE
This cute 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home accommodates up to six guests and features:
• Bedrooms with soft-to-moderate mattresses and comfy linens
• Bathrooms stocked with essentials such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
• A cozy living room with a 55" Fire TV and access to popular streaming apps
• A fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, reverse osmosis filtered drinking water, and a Keurig coffee bar
• Indoor laundry room with washer, dryer, and basic laundry supplies

KITCHEN: Throw all unwanted refrigerator items Load dirty dishes in the dishwasher Please lock all doors and previously opened windows before you leave. Sign off from streaming services
TRASH ✓ Empty bathroom/kitchen trash (brown) and recycle items (blue) accordingly in the large bins near the driveway
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
