My room was clean but the stench inside and around the facility was horrendous. It smelled like nothing but sewage around the whole place. Also,I had to cross the street to check in from the actual hotel I was staying in...they have two facilities but they're separated from one another,one office. If a problem occurred,you'd have t cross a busy intersection just for a staff member to help you. Also my door wouldn't lock from inside,so that made me extremely nervous. I had left for the day,thinking the housekeeping would have given me fresh sheets and cleaned up the room,throw out the small trash I had,but that didn't happen. I came back to nothing but my bed being touched. Bed was made up half ass like literally,and they just threw the pillows there. This place is the most disgusting and trashy hotel I've ever encountered. And to make things worse,when I came back later in the evening after the "housekeeping" was finished with my room,I couldn't get back in,my key wouldn't work. So there I go walk back across the street to the hotel clerk to help me,I walk up and there's no one there. I call....no pick up. So I just stood there waiting for a good 10 minutes alone waiting for someone to assist me. The hotel clerk finally comes in,I tell him my card doesn't work. He doesn't apologize for keeping me waiting or for my room key not working. He reactivates my key,I ask him if he sure it will work?? He looks at me and says I don't know?? This was just bad,so dont waste your money.
