The staff wasn't available, and office door was locked. The $50 cash fee for incidentals and you get it back after the room is inspected was odd or wait 7-21 days for Creditcard use was the pitch. Room was ok.

The front desk staff was amazing, but the area in which the hotel is located looks extremely shabby and the towel and rags had dirt and stains on them and don’t walk on the floors without socks or shoes because you feet will be filthy afterwards

Will book with a different hotel next time. First, there was no tv in our room, second the shower/tub handle fell off every time you touched it, third the ac unit barely worked and in south Texas ac was a must. That’s just a few but there was more. Won’t stay again

Newly renovated and looks great, clean room. The staff was very nice , however, There was only lukewarm water in the shower. And in the morning, around 9 , the remodeling crew used their key and just opened my door,

Well front desk lady was horrible didn't let us know anything about the hotel or where was the rooms at. And then the keys didnt work. And they couldn't both rooms that was recirved next to each other because they were booked and since they couldn't open the door to one of the rooms they ended up giving us the rooms next to each other and then latet at night we saw a mouse and all we got back was a sorry couldnt even get to talk to the manager smfh
