Our home’s location blends the charm of historic architecture with the excitement of downtown living. It’s the perfect space to reconnect and make lasting memories with family and friends, all just minutes from the city’s most loved attractions.

Living Spaces & Entertainment: The warm, open-concept layout flows from a spacious living room, anchored by a cozy brick fireplace, into a modern kitchen. After a day of sightseeing, unwind on the comfortable sofa and stream your favorite movies on the HDTV with Roku.

Casa Corazón comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with flexible sleeping arrangements. Each bedroom includes its own smart TV for private relaxation.

Living Room: A sofa bed for extra guests
A Pack ’n Play / travel crib is also available.

Kitchen & Coffee Bar: The fully equipped kitchen is thoughtfully stocked for everything from quick breakfasts to home-cooked meals, featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A guest favorite is our full coffee bar, which includes:

Drip coffee maker with ground coffee
Half & half creamer and flavored syrups

Outdoor Space Step outside to the private backyard to fire up the gas grill for a BBQ while enjoying views of the iconic Tower of the Americas.

Guest Access
Guests will have private access to the entire home and backyard for a comfortable and exclusive stay. Self check-in is seamless and secure using the keypad on the front door. Please note, one small owner's closet is kept locked and is not accessible to guests.

This place was really nice with all the necessary items for our stay, ie... Towels, shower products, hair dryer, etc... things we didn't need to worry about bringing with us. The location was in close proximity to downtown, which was great. The only issue might be that the house is right by the highway on-ramp, so the car noise at night is a little annoying, but the host provided ear plugs.Gladys was excellent in her communication and very prompt to respond to any question. Overall, wonderful, family-friendly time in San Antonio!

This place is exceptionally clean. The towels, sheets, and necessary amenities are upgrades from ordinary options. The host is communicative and provides any needed assistance at a moment’s notice. The casita is a wonderful addition. Lots of space, comfort and close proximity to downtown.

The house and casita were both very accommodating and were exactly what we needed. Communication with the property manager was excellent and concerns were addressed immediately. The amenities were more than were expected, and there were very few things we needed to provide ourselves. UTSA Graduation Family Base Camp

We stayed here to be close to the Alamodome for my son's graduation from UTSA. Plenty of room to accommodate my immediate family as well as grandparents aunts uncles and 1 small cousin! Plenty of room to socialize, etc and then for everyone to have a room and 3 bathrooms to (not) share! Host provided coffee/creamer for morning and plenty of kitchenware so we coukd cook breakfasts in the morning and spread out conviently located take out at night. Close to Alamodome for the big event and the riverwalk to celebrate afterwards!

Family Vacation

House was great, cute, charming, and plenty of space for all of us. It was missing a few items that would’ve been useful, but all in all good. The location was convenient but at the same time it was a super busy street. There was constant traffic ( through the night as well) This is a main road that leads to the freeway. I am a light sleeper, so this was a challenge.

Pictures & Description Not Fully Accurate

This home had everything we needed but the pictures definitely do not quite match the property. There was plenty of room for us inside the main house and the back house. The online pictures make the house look pristine, however it is much older looking in person. Also, this neighborhood is very loud - constant sirens, loud cars, and train whistles. This makes it very difficult to get a good nights sleep while on vacation.
