Bathroom got backed up and it took more than 1 hour to get maintenance to fix it after some phone calls , causing us to be late for an event. Also when I reserved the room said pay at location, yet it took my money 2 days after I reserved. At breakfast, was 10 am and I was serving myself a plate, the kitchen staff came and grab everything, I asked to just let me grab something to put on my plate and he answered me breakfast was only til 10!! It was exactly 10! I ended up putting some food on my plate but the comment was not necessary. I understand but he was not going to wait forever!

The breakfast food and coffee were fresh and enjoyable. The parking was a little difficult for handicapped drivers. The bathroom sink was slow in draining in room 411. There weren’t enough trash cans in the room.

Heater didn’t work. TV remote was broken. Downtown street noise from loud cars revving their engines past midnight made for an unpleasant and unrestful stay to say the least. The staff did comp me for the room even though I never asked for any compensation.

This hotel was extremely convenient to River Walk. Literally steps away from front. This hotel serves a gracious breakfast and also a happy hour with three drinks and an abundant amount of appetizers. We will definitely stay here again when we're in town.
