Great customer service! I made a reservation then decided to come a day earlier. So I reserved another date through a different company. I told the young lady what I did and she assured me that I would stay in the same room. Room was clean and efficient. Very close to Lackland. I would stay here again!

The room was large and the two queens beds were very nice. Bathroom clean. No closets! Plenty of hangers in cubbies but no closet. TV turned on but could not get any channels to work. The motel had no vending machines for snacks or beverages. 24 hr coffee but no tea service available. Reception personnel not professional and had no concern for guests. No lampshade on standing lamp. No overhead lighting. One lamp over nightstand had a bulb that flickered like a disco ball. Cheaper for a reason
