Ended up with the smaller room in the entire building with less than half the sq ft of my original reserved room. Also the name on the screen in the room said “Welcome Doreen”. Great location, good breakfast, and friendly staff. I was very sad that the hot tub was not working because that is one the of the reasons I specifically booked this hotel. I wish somehow, they could notify at time of booking of what services are not available. The only parking onsite is valet which cost $37. This is a ripoff. We simply parked 1/2 block away with city parking which only cost $3.50 from 8am to 6pm. We left our car there for 2 days and it only cost us $7.00. We were a little worried about the security of our car, but we had no issues. We parked right next to where the Marriott hotel parks cars for valet, but they are in a gated parking lot.
