To be honest, this hotel was an average hotel. It was the staff that made it a great stay for my wife and I. The people at the front desk were very accommodating. We had no transportation. The shuttle was invaluable to us! They picked us up from the airport, they had regular runs to the downtown/Riverwalk area, and when our schedule was a little off from theirs, they went out of their way to make sure we got to where we needed to go. The breakfast was good. There was always coffee in the lobby. We never felt like an inconvenience to any of the staff. So, average hotel, WONDERFUL staff!! I think we're going to switch our points program from Hilton to Marriott.

The overall stay was ok, however, there were roaches in the bathroom of our first room. The front desk was quickly responsive and accommodated by providing a new room in a different area. Overall, the staff members were pleasant and decent, my only complaint is the bugs.
