False advertisement there is no WiFi my toilet was clogged from the day one and I there for a week and they never came and fixed it. Front counter lady has an attitude problem.

Booked this hotel for two nights. As soon as we walked in the room it had a bad smell. The shower curtain was loose and had fallen off. One of the beds had stained sheets. My kids woke up with little bumps on their arms and legs. That was the first night. Second day we were gone all day and returned at night time. No room service was done. Had to return our old used towels to get new towels at the receptionist desk. They said they don’t do room service while rooms are being occupied. Minutes later the toilet was backing and water was coming out of the bowl. Reported to front desk and asked for a plunger to see if we could fix the issue and receptionist said there was no plungers on site. That if we had to use the restroom we had to go to Denny’s next door. Asked if we could get another room and receptionist said we couldn’t. Asked for a refund and we had to wait to talk to a manager the next morning. Turned in our key card and immediately checked out making a two hour trip to our town. Next day I spoke to the manager named Darling. Which receptionist said she was the highest person I could speak too ‘’supposedly’’. Darling the manager said we couldn’t get refunded for that one night because they don’t do refunds regardless of what happens to the rooms. She states that it’s on their policy, however we booked through Travelocity and no where on their policy states anything about no refunds. Don’t recommend staying here at all.

Roaches. Toilet didn’t flush. No counter in the bathroom, just a sink. The outside lights are broken and they flash like a strobe light. The walls are paper thin and the homeless noise and traffic is terrible.

The pool was closed. We did not get to use it. We had 2 rooms, 5 people and we only had one set of towels in each room. When we went to ask for towels, the desk clerk said he did not have a key to the maintenance room. The wifi sucks. But the morning clerk was nice , professional, and very friendly, informative .
