No hot water. 1 shower towel for 2 people. Have to rotate Towels to get another one. No toilet papers only half a roll. Have to ask for more. Pillows are not comfortable. Electrical plug ins are broken. Have to rotate outlets to use microwave and fridge. Roaches in restrooms. Floors were dirty. Location was good. Just poor management

Room was cleaned but rough and smelled like air freshener trying to cover mold. Bed was super uncomfortable and could hear freeway all night from room.

The staff is ghetto and conniving. They run rooms under the table. They accept cash for studio apartments but swear it’s legit. Staff is rude af and disrespectful. Security is intimidating. They gave a10pm curfew that we found out by being outside. They charge rates 24/7. Oh and there is No towels, No refunds, no pool, no phones in rooms, they charge 25 and 50 cash deposits. And a $5 daily charge for paying daily instead of weekly.
