Location, location, location! This house is located in Downtown San Antonio and is a quick scooter ride, Uber/Lyft, or even a walk to all your favorite San Antonio locations! The Riverwalk, Pearl Brewery, Alamodome, SA Zoo, Museums, The Quarry, King William/Southtown are all very very close!

The large backyard with patio table and grill are perfect for enjoying the great SA weather!

This house comes equipped with 3 bedrooms (2 queen, 1 full) as well as a pull out sofa (queen). It will comfortably sleep 8. There are two bathrooms with showers and all amenities necessary. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for cooking at home but the location also provides for stellar dining out options.

Wireless wifi is provided as well as a 55" TV in the main living area. There is also a 42" TV in the master bedroom. Both TV's are set up with YouTube TV for all your regular cable programs and live sports. Netflix and Amazon Prime are also available.

Washer/Dryer also available onsite.

On driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. Any additional vehicles would need to be parked on the street.

San Antonio trip

House was nice. Needs markers on steps out front to be able to distinguish from one to the next at night. Could use a handrail on the front porch steps for elderly people. Did not have a signing book. But overall, the house was excellent.

Minnesota to Texas stay

The Saga on Tuesday did not show because of some maintenance, bummer. Could not find parking near it so went to a ramp 2 blocks away. WOW we were there 26 minutes and it was 24. Maybe put in your notes the correct parking area. Not your fault but we were bummed.The Alamo was amazing I went to the Holocaust Memorial Museum and I rate it a 10 plus, so very moving and emotional.The Go Rio cruise was fun. We had a fabulous speaker.The Grotto was just okayThe Pearl area was interesting. We ate at the Southerleigh, GREAT place, yummy food, delicious drinks. I went to the Market Square, wasn't expecting it to be "collectible junkie stuff". Not interested in that but some people might. My husband golfed at Brackenridge Golf course and wouldn't recommend it. They had 1 1/4" of rain but the course was rough and it is only April. Could not find the Guest Book.Didn't use grillPut the garbage out but not recycling because we didn't arrive until 5:00 on Monday.The bedroom to the right, the door hinge is broken. Our friends were concerned. The gate in the driveway could use some fixing also.We loved the layout of your home. We did leave a day early because of the weather that was coming. We did not participate in the Fiesta, my husband and our lady friend do not like a lot of crowds so I was bummed but the weather was getting bad so we left on Friday to head home. Thank you very much for your rental.Verlinda

Great Location to access the River North Area

Everything was as described. It’s about a mile walk into downtown, but only 10 min to the River North area which has a lot of restaurants and breweries/bars. Would definitely stay there again.

What we were looking for

A nice home in an older neighborhood. Beds we're comfortable and good kitchen to prepare meals. The location was perfect for us and we enjoyed sitting on the back deck. Some dogs barking early but didn't bother us long

Great Gem!!!

Plenty of parking accommodations on side of house with gated lock. Friendly neighborhood easy access to Uber from San Antonio Market Place and Hemispark Festival. Inside house was clean and roomy. There was enough room to visit with family and friends.

Up and coming neighborhood

This is definitely a good example of not judging a book (or neighborhood) by its cover. When we first drove to the home, we were a bit put off by what appeared to be a rough neighborhood, but we did a little online research and found that the area was San Antonio's first "exclusive residential suburb," then had gone through some down years, but is definitely on its way back. The home's location is literally just a few minutes away by car from so much to see and do in San Antonio - and only 10 minutes from the airport. While we didn't attempt to walk to any of the main sites, there was a great beer garden just a few blocks away that we went to to watch college football while we were there. The home is nicely renovated and was perfect for two couples, with another bedroom to spare.

Wonderful house

Property was updated and perfect for our trip. The house was spacious but cozy, updated and clean. Great backyard with a grill you can use. Very close to downtown and Freeman Expo Hall. Perfect for girls weekend or family fun. Hosts are wonderful and easy to contact. We will be back.

Not what you think

The patio was no clean leaves all over the furniture, table. That was the first day. The back door to the patio you can see daylight. We didn’t realize that the south side of Texas was the bad part of town. Until people told us after we got there. The bed had stained foam on top of the mattress. One bed is almost laying flat on the floor. Parts of the house was nice, the kitchen, living room was ok. The manger was helpful. We needed to the vacuum and I plugged it in and a horrible smell came from it. It smelled the house up. We were disappointed in the house. The pi on line isn’t exacting what you get. It was reasonable. But we feel we deserve a partial refund. People we talk to said don’t walk at nighttime by yourself around there. I forward this survey to my sister cuz she paid for half of rent.
