I had a very pleasant stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites San Antonio. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, and the hotel facilities were well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only downside is that parking has an extra fee, which I think should be included in the rate. The location is a bit farther from some downtown attractions, but still within walking distance. The immediate surroundings aren’t the best, but I always felt safe. The complimentary continental breakfast was good, though fairly standard. Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and friendly stay in San Antonio.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. After checking out, I was unexpectedly charged for property damage that I did not cause. I reached out immediately to provide proof that I was not responsible, but the manager refused to listen or allow me to share my evidence. The lack of communication and unwillingness to understand my side of the situation was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I’ve stayed at many hotels and have never been treated this way. I would strongly caution others to document everything during their stay and be careful before booking here. Honesty and good customer service should come first, and unfortunately, that was not the case in my experience.

The only issue that we had was the limited parking on the hotel premises. There is a second parking area next to the hotel but it was also full.
