Beautiful!

The room was exceptionally clean and it faced the waterfront. The parking was fairly priced at $25/night and the breakfast...absolutely delicious!

Great experience. We had a balcony with river view, priced way cheaper than others near with that option. Close to everything without being in the middle of it. Used the valet parking, HIGHLY recommend using that instead of trying to find parking elsewhere.

There is no prior note that parking is only available as Valet and that it costs $50.00 / night. Also, if you are expecting a nice pool, the pool is very small, smaller than a regular home pool and not very clear, again because of the size and the amount of kids in it.

My husband and I spent an extended weekend in San Antonio. The hotel location is in a perfect location for any riverwalk activities. Down the stairs and you are right on the riverwalk. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the riverwalk which was nice to sit outside with a glass of wine and people watch. The hotel staff were very accommodating and super friendly. The breakfast was ok and we arrived fairly early and the food was cold. Both mornings. The hot water in the shower and bathroom sink was lacking. Luke warm at best. Earlier in the morning 6 am it was hot but a shower at 9 am it seemed like the hot water was running out. We had two queen beds and one bed was broken. The hotel maintenance were attentive to fix it. The room seemed very clean but the floor was very dirty. Our feet got very dirty from walking on the floor. White socks were black. There is a parking lot directly beside the hotel and parking there was plentiful at $35 for overnight. It didn’t make sense to valet park for $50 when I assume the hotel uses the same parking garage. In spite of a few minor items I would stay at this hotel again and highly recommend for perfect location and friendly staff.
