First of all the staff front desk awesome specially, Steven and the cleaning crew very nice. This review goes to management. This hotel is outdated. Shower curtain didn’t fit well.water splash outside..After a long day of meetings .no hot water..just warm water. Traffic is ridiculous..very congested. The bedroom curtain are Not blackout curtains. Light comes in as soon as sunrise comes in. There is no free breakfast. It’s buffet breakfast $12.95 and $6.95 for kids certain age. The TV doesn’t have cable channels just local channels and the audio on some channels not clear. You do get 2 hbo channels but can’t connect to Netflix or other apps and volume only goes up to certain volume. It doesn’t have a guide channel on remote so you don’t know what all shows are on. You need to use channel up or down. If you don’t mind none of this and you want to go to Six Flags theme park or La Cantera shopping center. This is the hotel to stay if you don’t mind the craziness of traffic and everything else I mentioned. Peace
