The living room area was nice and cool but the bedroom was HOT. I had to wipe down surfaces because whatever cleaner they use left awful streaks. The room across from us was wide open with the tv on, but looked empty. It wasn’t bad, but not what we were expecting. It wouldn’t be a place we would book again.

The bed was very comfortable, mattress was just right, not too firm, not too soft, the bedding clean, fresh, soft. The pillows were disappointing, however, providing little to no support. Despite this challenge, we were able to get a good night's sleep.Towels were also fresh, clean, soft. Staff was friendly.

No WiFi because of their NEW internet and OLD TV . Had to pay extra money for the breakfast which wasn’t mentioned on website . Pool was too cold with the one outdoors . Had a great experience at the hotel. The only thing I did not like was the indoor pool. There was a weird smell and it felt like a lot of chlorine. I have stayed here before and it hasn’t been an issue, not sure what was going on. Other than that, no complaints.

One lobby elevator worked during our stay (they did allow guest to use the freight elevator which was a huge help, but had to go through the laundry room which was always busy with staff working).
