Genuine Hospitality and Nice Location

The friendliness of all the staff was so refreshing. The rooms were clean and stocked with all necessities. I really enjoyed eating the warm and delicious breakfast every morning, looking out to the Riverwalk.

No hot water

We decided to spend a little more to be on the riverwalk. It is a little off from the restaurants and shopping. Our biggest issue was not having an hot water. We were later informed that they we were waiting on a part and that the entire hotel didn't have hot water. We were not informed on this issue prior to checking in. No discount was reflected for the inconvenience and we were still charged an expensive parking fee.

Convenient to riverwalk and some other attractions. They sold river cruise passes and reception person was very knowledgeable on restaurants. Made great suggestions. Hot water was out one morning but no notification sent out. Happy hour snacks were stale, vegetables were disgusting, wine was all dry and no sweet available. Soda prices not list in small shop area in lobby. Was given for different prices for can of soda $2 , 3, 4,and $6 per can.... ridiculous!!

Not a great experience

We never got our room cleaned. they wouldn't bring clean towels to the room either. We had to keep going to the lobby daily to request towels. they kept saying housekeeping would clean our room but they never did during our whole stay. On the last day there we had no hot water because they had an issue with the boiler.
