It was a nice and clean hotel. It was in a great location. The river walk is a very walkable district. The 2 room suite was very spacious, however the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was your average hotel spread, nothing of note but gets the job done. The pool is on the roof, which has spectacular views, but the pool is very small. Staff was very friendly and the valet was always prompt and polite.

My stay was amazing. The only real issue was having to pay for parking but it's understandable considering it's in the heart of San Antonio and parking is scares. But I would have been nice is the hotel had their parking available for guest at no cost. However, it was still an excellent experience.

Clean room except our bathroom outlet wasn’t working & we had to get ready for our concert. So we had to use a different outlet in the living room area till they showed up and tried to fix it. Then had us use an extension cord so we could get ready in front of the mirror in the bathroom. While the maintenance guy was intgeee as well trying to fix the outlet.

Excellent Location Overshadowed by Service Problem

The location is great — close to the Riverwalk and city attractions — and the valet staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell short. When we arrived, only one person was working at the front desk, and the check-in process felt unprofessional. We were told they were “low on keys,” and communication was poor. Our room looked nice, but the door lock was broken — it wouldn’t lock from the inside or outside. Maintenance came quickly and fixed it later that evening, but the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful throughout the process. To make matters worse, there was no hot water for showers. Overall, the location is the only positive. The customer service and maintenance issues made this stay disappointing. There are plenty of other hotels nearby that likely offer a better experience

Victor customer service was outstanding very helpful and professional his restaurant suggestions were great, my food was delivered to the Westin Hotel next door By Grub Hub ( I Highly DONT RECOMMEND GRUB HUB FOR ANYTHING) Victor walked over and got my food order . My only complaint is there should be rooms for guest with animals so they don’t disturb other guests without animals. There was a huge stain on the carpet outside my door . But over all I was please
