The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
AC to 77F (cool) in summer and 66F (heat) in winter.
Oven/BBQ cleaned (if used) to avoid a $25 fee. Any furniture out of place will be $25 fee.
SPA to 100F and cover on. Outdoor games in black bin. Please report any incidents prior to checking out (broken or damaged items).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
