Arrived 2 hours early and let them know I would be waiting around hopping I would possibly get checked in a little earlier or even be the first one to be checked in when it was time. I was checked in 45 minutes after check in time, waited in the lobby for almost 3 hours. There was no complimentary wine like the reservation had said and there is still 3 different charges on my card equating to $800 dollars when the only charge I should’ve received was a $80 ticket for valet.

We love this hotel! It's always our first choice when traveling to San Antonio! We love the ease of checking and the feel of the hotel. It has many places to visit and enjoy the ambiance. The rooms are spacious and beautiful and the beds extremely comfortable! Always a pleasure to stay here!

The hotel was beautiful. The room, though slightly outdated, was comfortable and spacious. Though I will say, the city view I paid for was disappointing as my window just faced th courtyard. Other than that my stay was wonderful.
