We waited a long time to get our room. When we finally got the key card, they put us in the wrong room. We booked a king balcony with a comp bottle of wine. They gave us two double beds no balcony and no bottle of wine. We went back down and complained about being put in the wrong room. After waiting another 30 min we finally got the room we booked. Nice location.

The room I paid for said city view and I did not have a view but the actual hotel was beautiful one of the front desk lady was rude I don’t want to say her name cause she could’ve just been having a bad day but other than the hiccup with the desk lady it was a great stay the rest of the staff was wonderful
