Only one elevator was working at the time of our stay and the elevators are very slow. There was no “breakfast”, only fruit and cereal. The hallways have a weird smell as well.

The only problem we had was the fact that there were only 2 elevators and one was out of service. This caused delays with everyone trying to use the only working elevator. At one point, the only working elevator was also down so we had to go up and the stairs to the fifth floor.

The only problem we had elevators not working properly only one was working we were in room 203 i cannot use stairs i have medical condition we would have to wait long time whenever we needed to use it otherwise everything else was good front desk girl her name is maura very hard workeŕ and nice

Mole on the big white comforter

One of the elevator was out of service, the room was okay the big white comforter on the beds had mole all inside. Didn’t make a complaint because I didn’t want drama, so took it out and place it by the door for the cleaning staff to take it. But the next day it was back on the bed. Took it out of the bed again. They have to order new one’s. Please check the covers before placing them on the beds.

Staff were very friendly at check in. We did wait quite awhile to receive additional shower towels (only had 2 for 4 guests originally). Breakfast was good with extremely limited seated. Ended up in the hallway on a bench. One elevator was out of service during our stay and the other one broke in the morning, which made checking out from our 5th floor room a pain. Rooms were clean and modern, gym and pool were also nice.

It sucked the staff accused me of smoking in my room and I don't even smoke my guest did but she went outside every time and it call us to me $250 I would never stay there again
