Disappointment

I did not bring any shampoo or soaps with me. And taking a shower, I discovered there was no shampoo or shower gel to bathe with. The bedroom had little bugs in it and a roach crawled onto some of the food. My granddaughter was eating and we threw everything away. In the morning during my checkout, I let the front lobby know of the issues I found. There was really no response and I checked out and left. I will be coming back frequently as we were there to enroll our children at UTSA for their freshman year. I will definitely be looking for other hotels

Staff was nice, breakfast was okay. Most of property was clean but room was dirty. Couch had wet looking stain, hairs stuck to bathroom door and in shower. Shower had weird water flow and strong mildew smell.

Friendly great and comfortable!

Great location. Very clean and everything functional. Loved that we could have snacks and soft drinks at pool. There were peak hrs where too many guests were at pool but understandable due to summer months. We had to skip breakfast as there was no seating area and the space too small for the number of guests having breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
