Room is pretty mid grade, water pressure is garbage. The staff is amazing, they rock. The building itself is beautiful and well located on the river walk. Great entrance and the lobby is very welcoming. Paid extra for river view, that’s not worth it, I promise. The windows outside are fairly dirty so light reflects off it when kids and wife tried to take pictures. The beds are lumpy but not over uncomfortable. Not really a complaint just an observation. Air conditioning is horrible, it was either too hot or too cold I changed the setting several times and it was either no air moving or a wind tunnel. The worst of the whole thing is the water pressure, it is literally nonexistent. It barely trickled out of the water head and took forever for us to get clean. Now hear me, it’s not just slow it wouldn’t even fill the entire water head. The restaurant was good, again very friendly staff. The valet’s were awesome and quick, everyone was very helpful. My main issue is that you pay almost double to stay here over some of the other similarly located hotels and they don’t warrant the cost in my opinion. Another couple heard my daughter complaining about the water pressure and said they asked to move rooms because of it but apparently it’s a wider issue. Thanks for listening!

Terrible. They charge $30 that are not mentioned anywehere. I only saw that on my credit card after I check out I would have never stayed in this trashy Hotel if I knew that WiFi and Water have a fee of $30. Only nasty people would hide such a charge from any reservation or check-in details and then show it as a surprise after you leave
