My spouse and I were greeted with such kindness. All questions got answered. We booked the spa king suite and the hotel was beautiful inside/out. Great service, attentive staff, nice rooftop pool, valet had a small hiccup during dinner time and took 45 minutes to bring vehicle. The hotel does have a lot of traffic on weekend evenings due to their restaurant and bar. Rooms were beautiful and spacious

We stayed on a weekend where we experienced construction start right outside our window at 6am. The front desk promised us points enough for a one night stay. I followed up with them for a month and nothing. Just false promises that the points would show up in my IHG account. This hotel just fell off big time. Staff seems like they’re full of it and the rooftop bar attracts all kinds of weirdos. This went from our go-to hotel to a place we’ll probably never stay at again.

There is a lot of Construction around the property which is not the Hotels fault. They only have Valet Parking with no parking lots around because of construction. So, if you drive and park overnight expect to pay an additional $90 per night. Or when you book make sure you book your room with parking included. Also there is no food service after 11:30 pm unless you have made reservations to the rooftop which is 21 and over. The Staff is excellent and knew the area well, as they had recommended is to Bar Loretta for a late night dinner which was exceptional! So if the hotel did have a late night menu, my family would have never had the great experience of our wonderful meal at Bar Loretta!

Overall good stay. Beautiful interior. Had some difficulty finding valet and check in area. Friendly staff checking us in at the front desk. Loved the room decor and size of corner room. Visited the bar and enjoyed a few appetizers.
