Property was beautiful. The environment was very beautiful. Many sitting areas to relax and enjoy the evening. Unfortunately San Antonio downtown under construction and the hotel entrance was too but other than that it was gorgeous. Rooms are very nice.

The room was very clean and nice. Our only issue was with the valet. They weren’t very helpful. Didn’t hold the door or offer to load/unload bags.

The hotel staff are awesome, the hotel is beautiful, modern and clean. The is no dog fee which is highly unusual and appreciated. “Social Hour” between 5-6pm is excellent with two complimentary glasses of very decent wine per guest. Downsides were the expensive valet parking at $56 per night and the surrounding construction which is obviously not under the hotels control.

New hotel, really very lovely, roof terrace is beautiful but beware that you will get asked to leave your table in the evening if they have already reserved the table you find yourself on. That was disappointing but the only negative.
