EXCELLENT location for walking around downtown..Directly across from Marketplace so there was lots of shopping and food and culture ..Room is outdated not enough places to plug and charge your devices definitely need a power strip .Few of the lamps didn’t work ..AC was great though ..breakfast was cereal , muffins , bagels,boiled eggs, ,yougurt,sausage & 3 waffle makers area is small so go early otherwise it ist comfortable to sit and eat .we actually only ended up eating breakfast 1 of the 3 days ..If i stay again in the downtown area I would stay again especially for the price !!

People were talking in the hallway and they said that they can talk as long as they were there. They were making noise since past 12 o’clock at night and security came by and complained to me saying that they had every right to be in the hallway to talk and drink as much as they wanted to as long as they didn’t harass me well they were harassing me because the lady came and she was very aggressive towards me one of the customers there and I told her just please go through your room and talking alone because I have to go to sleep because I have to take a next flight at 5:30 in the morning and they didn’t seem to care and security was just like nonchalant about it and we accept these things for festivals. We accept the bad behavior that’s what he said.

Great Place.... Bad Sleep

I had stayed at this location before, in June 2025. The building is not the newest, but it has all the conveniences: free parking plus a min fridge and microwave. The only problem I had was with the AC system. The main system faced a bed, but the control was on the wall. I normally am a light sleeper....which means that it has to be absolutely quiet for me to sleep decently. When I turn off the AC, I expect it to be off. Although the control read OFF, it would turn back on. I was unable to sleep well bc of this ac. While others can sleep thru the humming of an ac unit, I'm not that person. As much as I like this La Quinta, I will look elsewhere to get a decent night's sleep.
