This was the most unpleasant hotel experience I have ever had Me and my fiance waited in the lobby to check in from 8 am till 2pm then we left cause the lady at the front desk seemed to be having a laugh at how hard she was making it for me to check in and that there was no way for me to get a refund, we came back around 10pm and there was a new front desk person and she let us check and said they already had all the information and didn't need anymore documentation anything for us to check in , she just gave us the keys didn't Even need a photo ID and apologized and said that lady is just a mean person and that we should've came after 3pm when she left and they wouldve just let us check in it was very frustrating and we were so tired we didn't get to use any of the amenities

Like how fitness room was on other floors besides first. I didnt like how i wasnt allowed sit in dining area for as long just because i wasnt eating as i wanted security gaurd told me i had leave dining area go back to my room ppl trying to eat Thats a first for me. Would gave 4 star but he made me feel unwelcomed.

In the midst of something there!

Appears to have construction going on. We arrived and the room they assigned had broken locks so we got moved to the 7th floor where work was going on during the day. No sleeping in those mornings! They don’t tell you that you have to request room cleaning the day prior for the room to be serviced with towels and trash dumped. Far different experience from the last La Quinta I stayed at. Hopefully there is completion soon!
