The rooms were very clean but I saw only one wash cloth l went downstairs to let them two people can’t the wash cloth and I’ve stayed at this hotel with the same issues and the guys respond if you don’t like leave l no it’s non refundable then you can deal with Expedia. The entire staff is rude as hell

The room was dirty, the beds were made but the bath tub and walls were very dirty. The curtain was ripped and the beds seemed like they were full sized, not queen if that’s even possible?? Limited parking due to construction going on in parking lot

Night Staff, “ Mario ” the front desk member super rude. We booked our room 1 week ago. When we got there for our check in, they give us a regular room when we supposed to get the suite + king bed. He just told us “ oh we just give to someone else ” he didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience he made seem like it was our fault for them not having it ready for us.
