The room was spacious, but the bathroom was quite outdated. Several fixtures—including the sink, toilet, bathtub, and shower head—were not functioning properly. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor in the room. The elevator was extremely slow, which was inconvenient. On a positive note, the parking was convenient and the breakfast was reasonable.

We had one of the best experiences here at this hotel between the comfort of the room, the hospitality and guest services. We also really appreciated that there was an HEB convenience store where we were able to grab delicious sandwiches and salads and beverages at very reasonable prices. We used a lot of Ubers when it was too hot to walk and they were always very punctual in the most hospitable drivers.

I have stayed in this hotel multiple times and it has always been great, but this time the bathroom sink kept back flowing and maintenance had to come twice to clean the bathroom because there was water all over the floor and the sink area, and towels. It was very inconvinient and we had to keep drying the floor. They never offered to change us rooms.

Excellent staff, especially the super nice cleaning ladies. It is obvious that it is a little older hotel, but it appears that they work very hard to maintain it. The breakfast was great and every single encounter with the front desk staff amazing. Even security helped me with finding a safe place to purchase lady needs at 3:30am.
