Gor two rooms for five people they had nothing for my son to sleep in i finaly got some sheets to put on the floor to sleep and the front disk lady was very unprofessional and rude and gave no solutions she said the king bed can accommodate up to for people and i had a handicap licen plate and got charged 10$ for prking i was not happy at all the breakfast next morning was the only decent thing

Staff was not present, it was help yourself, all was clean. Presentation was nice, plenty of food. Our options were scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, there were three kinds of cereal, variety of breads, toaster if needed, variety of juices to choose from and I know I am missing some. It was all good and appreciated. I did not hear of any complaints and some had second helpings, I know I did!!!

The food for breakfast was the same every day for the 3 days we stayed. The safe was broken and when I called they said they cannot fix it and told me not to worry since no one will come to our room unless we request someone to clean. So we did not request for cleaning during our stay.

TV didn’t work and the hotel tried to changed my reservation. They stated that I needed to check in or get there by 3PM on check in date. They were very condescending and had no concern about my safety.
