The room was unclean, with mold in the bathroom. Additionally, room service failed to provide any service during our four-day stay. On top of that, the parking charges were excessively high. I will not be returning.

We had a very positive experience at La Quinta in Downtown San Antonio. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance of the Rivercenter Mall and the River Walk. The staff was friendly and responsive, with clear and helpful online communication before our stay. While the hotel is not a luxury property, it is well maintained, and the cleanliness was evident throughout the facility; housekeeping staff were consistently visible keeping common areas clean. Overall, it was a great value for our one-night stay with three adults, and we would definitely stay here again on a future trip.
