Perfectly positioned in the heart of Lavaca and King Williams Historic Districts. Walking distance from Hemisfair Park and all things South Alamo St. Renovated with over $350,000 this home has all the luxuries you could want with a downtown home. Walk down the street to the Park to play baseball, basketball, playground, or Public Workout Stations. This home can sleep up to 8 people so you can split the costs among friends or families, PRIVATE GATE, PARKING, CHARGING STATION
Rent the swim spa (90$/night) for the optional experience. You can add the additional cost of renting the swim spa under "CLUB" on Vrbo.
We ask the guest to please not tamper move any furniture on the property or unplug or obstruct the exterior home cameras or there may be a charge of $50 plus in damages. We have 1 - camera over the main entry doorway, 1- camera facing the driveway toward the street, and 1 - camera at the back corner of the house facing the trash cans and street. We have NO cameras in the backyard area. These outdoor cameras are for security reasons. The sides of the pool and the golf cart are not to be sat on. The golf cart is for owner use only and not to be touched by guests.
Do not attempt to open the wine cooler as you may break the locking system If you wish to buy wine, send a message through the Vrbo platform and I will tell you where the key is to unlock it. Prices of bottles are on top of individual bottles. You will be charged for the wine through the Vrbo platform.
Early/Late check-in/Out is possible for an extra $25 for the first hour plus $15 every other hour. The reason is for the cleaning crew to be rescheduled or rushed causing an additional cost for cleaning. All extra costs will be charged through the Vrbo platform.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Alamodome. You'll find features like an indoor pool, a gym, and a hot tub. Free WiFi and a private pool are available in the vacation home.

This location was close to everything we wanted to do and just a block away from a nice playground for the kids. The house was comfortable and well-appointed. The front bedroom has a twin and trundle which worked fine for our two boys although they tend to wake each other up in such close proximity. The beds are set up touching. Just FYI. There is a very sweet cat who lives nearby and greeted us every time we were coming to or going from the house. Host was very responsive with questions or concerns.

Great location near downtown. $5-8.00 Uber fee to get anywhere downtown. Leave your car parked at the house and avoid parking hassles and traffic. Comfortable house and nice neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was exactly as it appeared in the pictures. It was very clean, and a quiet and enjoyable neighborhood. We enjoyed being able to walk to the riverwalk, but did elect to take the short drive instead due the summer heat. Johanne was easy to communicate with and very helpful during booking and throughout our stay. Highly recommend this house, and host, for anyone looking to visit San Antonio!

Great location, short walk to everything

We had a great time on our trip. We found the house was very convenient to the attractions for a family that doesn't mind walking. It's a very quiet residential street. You can hear the train in the distance but that didn't both us at all. The house was very nice and the host was communicative and accommodating.

Walking distance to some great restaurants and areas. Great layout of bedrooms and kitchen area. Only thing I would mention for anyone traveling with group… There is only comfortable seating for 3 in living room area. It was fine for our group as we didn’t spend much time in living room and spent most time in kitchen and dinning room. The dining room only has 4 chairs but you can use little stool from bedroom and bench by window to fit 6. Would absolutely stay here again!

Work Trip

Work trip to San Antonio - Friends and Husband decided to come with and enjoy the weekend, so we got a house to stay together. Best decision ever. Johanne was wonderful - even when I had a website issue, while traveling, the day before the trip. The house was very comfortable, clean , nicely located. Awesome house - close to everthing

We loved our stay here. It was perfect for our family with adult kids. Justin was a great host and a super communicator. The house itself was everything we had hoped for. We found lots of great places to eat within easy walking distance including Labor St Cafe for breakfast and the Friendly Spot Ice House for an evening chill. The River Walk was an easy stroll, too. All in all, everyone in our party was beyond satisfied. If we're back in San Antonio again, this will be the first place we look up.

Nice trip with friends

Had a great time with friends. House has been nicely renovated. The only thing I have never experienced is a camera inside a home that we have rented and have never put one inside the two cabins we own in the Smoky Mountains that we have as short term rentals. It is about a mile walk to the Riverwalk. Nice places were suggested for us to eat and we enjoyed the food, city, and the sites. Corpus Christy is a short drive and we toured the USS Lexington. It was really cool and well worth visiting. We enjoyed our stay.
