The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Checkout is at 11:00 a.m. 2. Place all used towels on the bathroom floor. 3. Load any used dishes into the dishwasher.
4. Dispose of all trash in the kitchen trashcan and any additional trash you may place in the trashcan in front of the garage.
5. Trash Pickup Instructions: You are provided with two large trash cans during your stay. Please roll them to the end of the street on Wednesday night for pickup on Thursday morning.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Simple easy beautiful house. Everything was clean. Beds/rooms was great. 7-10 min Lyft/uber drive to Alamodome or river walk. Has plenty of food options around within 15 mins. Never had to contact host as everything was communicated thru email before stay and wasn’t any problems. Would stay again!

Diamond in the rough

My first impression by the photo was wow, nice place. Driving into the neighborhood, was not what I expected, But when we walked into the home it was like back to my first impression, WOW! Definitely made you forget where your outside surroundings. Was great. We ate at the suggested Pizzeria, Tanks pizza and let me tell you it was really good. Friendly service, comfortable environment and the pizza was really good. Also ate at Reese BBQ, which I highly recommend. Food was RIDICULOUSLY GOOD! Overall our stay was awesome! Place was clean, fresh and beautiful. Communication with owners was swift and helpful. Definitely gave a real perspective to the saying " Dont judge a book by its cover". 5 stars for sure!
